RecommendedI’d like to give a HUGE shout out to Diane in photo for her outstanding customer service today and each time I use the photo department. Today my sister in law and I spent a few hours on the photo kiosk sorting and picking pictures out for my nieces funeral. We kept running into issues when it came to making a cd for the slideshow and Diane tried everything she could to help and make it right. So slow. They are good about having my children’s scripts available but ridiculous wait today. Was told my scripts would be available after 3 pm. Arrived at 4:30. Only one ready. Was told it will be another 15 minutes. Still waiting.
Very disappointed with Walgreens pharmacy. The last 4 times I got my prescription filled I went to pick it up and “they were still working on it” and I have to wait 30 minutes. I usually call it in, in the morning and pick it up that night. Every time it wasn’t ready or they were “out of it” so they gave me a different medicine. I’m switching pharmacies so I get my medicine on time and the medicine I ordered.
Fallen in a prescription to be picked up at 3:15 today. Come in at 9 and it still hasn't been filled. Wasn't told why or if there is a problem. Just told they still have to fill it after standing there and staring at me standing at the counter for like 3 minutes. Kinda ridiculous
I had a prescription called in from an urgent care. Once I got to Walgreens they said they didn't have it. They told me their pharmacy would call the urgent care. I called 40 min later to see if they had the prescription order and the pharmacist I spoke with was beyond rude. Word for word she said well that's my problem to deal with when I asked if she could return my urgent care receipt w the prescription she said she still didn't even have. Worst experience I knew I had sinus infection went to get medicine. They refused to treat me because bp high. I left upset crying. Went to mercy urgent care received medicine prednisone and augmentin. Was told my lungs needed my Neubulizer treatment too. Walgreens never listen to my lungs. Of course bp be high I was feeling good
This pharmacy is the worst. I have had several bad experiences there.
