Very bad service. Make us call doctors, wait time in drive thru is horrendous and overall service is terrible. Pulled all family scripts and now will go elsewhere for all. CVS is much cheaper and has better customer service. Dr sent script on Saturday, problem with insurance, get phone call it was approved, showed up 4 hrs later after waiting in drive thru line to be told tomorrow! No drive thru here. More like drive wait
They call me and say prescriptions are ready... I go in and they saw they are NOT ready! This is not the 1st time. Why call and say they are ready if they are not?
My friend got her t b shot for 20 now there cost went up four bucks ? In the last week ? Just a girl trying to get a job .
Bob in the pharmacy at the Devon Ave location in Park Ridge IL, needs some serious customer service training. He was rude, talking over me and unwilling to listen or answer my questions. He was nothing short of condescending and extremely unprofessional. After using Walgreens for 20+ years, I will be using my 50k in rewards points and then never stepping into another Walgreens again.
