Drive thru. There are 2 lanes for drive thru. Associate should be conscientious of who arrived first and not tell me i should have been in the lane close to the window. 3 cars that came after me were serviced first just cause they are in the closest lane? I don't get upset easily but just the fact that she said why didn't i get in the "preferred" lane just got me upset n also the fact that the manager didn't say anything to her was upsetting too.
