Had an RX filled today at this location and witnessed a pharmacist rudely berate a tech when it was her own fault! He was waiting on her to get back to pharmacy to check all the RX’s so they could be handed out. When she finally got back there well after 25 mins she hollered at him in front of everyone to let her do her job and for him to do his for a change. I love walgreens i shop there all the time the staff and managers are excellent!!!
This is by far the worst Walgreens. The front customer service is fine; however, the pharmacy is just horrid. I have, on multiple times now, received a notification that my prescription was available for pick up. I've gone to pick it up and it's surprisingly not available. When the prescription is available-it's at least a 15 minute wait with me being the only one in the drive thru. This is a waste of my time and I will be moving my prescriptions to somewhere more capable of handling their customers and needs-after contactin... read more
Everytime I come thru the drive thru regardless of what time a day it is or how many cars are in front of me... we ALWAYS wait!!
Not only did the pharmacist try like a trillion times to put my Rx coupon through, but when it didn't work he found one for me on his mobile phone. Signed me up and everything ...what beats that !
Bad customer service. Manager refused to give refund because I purchased a product at another Walgreen in the same state just different city. Shame on Walgreens. RITEAID JUST GAINED A NEW CUSTOMER.
