I spent 25 minutes in the drive thru line before getting to the window. Then I spent 20 minutes at the window without any staff even approaching the window. I finally called the store and got transferred to the pharmacy to tell them I was outside being ignored. 5 minutes later someone came to get the meds I was picking up. While I spent that time waiting, 1 car in front of me and 3 cars behind me drove out of line. If Walgreens wants to keep this pharmacy open, they have to do much better.

Since Rite Aid has closed down my prescriptions were sent to this pharmacy. The lines inside and the drive thru are ridiculous. I waited 45 minutes for one prescription to be picked up in the drive thru. They knew they were going to be getting new customers they should have been prepared and hired more staff. I will be moving all my prescription to another pharmacy with less hassle. It's not just this location. all the Walgreens are slow.

So upset called from CVS to see how long for new scripts.......oh yes 15 mins......I drove the 2 blocks and gave all info for scripts.......Oh you can pick up at 11......(mind you it is only 9:30).....what I just called you said 15 mins.....ok I will put them in mow for you.....well I waited 20 mins and go back to the window.....oh sorry these will not be ready till 11 am.....I was pissed all lies from all of them I should of just waited at CVS because their hour wait would of been done before all this crap at your store....... read more

Main part of the store gets a 2.5 star, for atleast trying.... the pharmacy, thats another story..... get a 1 star.... if given the option to go somewhere else for your pharmaceutical needs.... i urge you to do so.... just sayin....
