I spent 25 minutes in the drive thru line before getting to the window. Then I spent 20 minutes at the window without any staff even approaching the window. I finally called the store and got transferred to the pharmacy to tell them I was outside being ignored. 5 minutes later someone came to get the meds I was picking up. While I spent that time waiting, 1 car in front of me and 3 cars behind me drove out of line. If Walgreens wants to keep this pharmacy open, they have to do much better.
Since Rite Aid has closed down my prescriptions were sent to this pharmacy. The lines inside and the drive thru are ridiculous. I waited 45 minutes for one prescription to be picked up in the drive thru. They knew they were going to be getting new customers they should have been prepared and hired more staff. I will be moving all my prescription to another pharmacy with less hassle. It's not just this location. all the Walgreens are slow.
