The pharmacy staff are all super nice, but they are seriously under staffed. There is always a huge lube because there are so few people working.
I have been getting my prescriptions filled at this location for as long as it has been here. I have had bad service on occasions thru out the years. However, in recent months this location has gone to hell. I brought in a medication I have been taking for years. I was told I was put on a waiting in store list and my rx would be ready in 45 minutes. Well 5 hours later I am being told it would be another 15 minutes. We'll being that the pharmacist Bob acts like he hates his job and that I had to wait on my prescription until 8am and it 11pm I waited a while. I come on a regular basis to get my prescription. He told me oh this could be a new prescription and I have to see if it's been approved. He told me things changed (um news flash I've been coming for the same prescription for years.
