the pharmacy staff is Terribly Rude, especially the older woman overseeing the day staff. my prescriptions are never filled on time. when I tried calling to update my insurance to find out the cost of my scripts she rudely told me that she can't do it over the phone and hung up on me! so now I get to go wait in their long line to find out what she could've easily told me over the phone. I will be changing pharmacies to someplace that is prompt and values their customers.
The pharmacy can't seem to EVER fill a script timely! No improvement in 6 months. It just gets worse.
There are only a few people that work in the pharm that know wtf they r doing... If they arent there... Dont get ur meds filled that day....
