Biggest joke and extremely rude staff. They do not do their job! every month they fail to make a 2 second call to the insurance company to get prior authorization and say the dr has to call, then make it seem like they are going above and beyond when they have to do their job and have a horrible attitude. I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional and lazy staff. Disappointed in Walgreens.

NP at the clinic was awesome!
People at photo department are very rude. Made my order and went to pick up and it was pictures. Which was pictures i took at a concert and when we got there they said they couldnt release them cause the person was famous. They didnt call me or anything to let me know.
If I could give less I would- how does one delete a prescription from system- miss file paper copy and yet can see in the system since it was filled - but won't let me pick it up! Stay away!!! This is a pain medication and they have made me wait way too long and still not filled �
The pharmacy at 51st Ave and Bell could use some coaching in customer service. If you are going to be rude and unhelpful do NOT answer the telephone.
3+ hours waiting for my scription. Lady Leti whatever her name is in pharmacy was rude. Supposedly lost my script. Regina tried to do best she could. But this is the first and last time I ever go to Walgreens.
