The pharmacy is no longer 24x7 and the hours keep getting reduced with less and less staff. There seems to be a long wait almost every time I go now. And, it’s worse in the drive thru because you’re stuck if a car pulls up behind you. The Pharm Techs, once they actually get to you, are pleasant.

Pretty fair service at the Rx counter. Didn't have to wait too long for a "walk-up" refill, and curteous as usual. I know there's a reason, but I think these drug stores should put the pharmacy about midway or closer to the entry door, so Handicapped folks like me wouldn't have to go the length of the store!
I went there from the S Cobb store because they were out of the cough syrup I was prescribed. At the counter (where I was 10th in line), the lady said it would be 45 minutes. After I waited 1 1/5 hours I went back & asked why I was still waiting. She went to look and said it wasn't covered by insurance so they didn't fill it. She "forgot" to notify me. When I asked if they were planning to tell me, she asked if I wanted to pay the $22.00. She then proceeded to fill it.
I was a walk in for the clinic and even though the wait was a bit long , I'll definitely use them again! The Dr. Was very nice and professional! Great experience all around!
I sat in the drive-thru for 25 minutes while waiting for my change from my prescription. The attitudes of the pharmacy staff is horrendous. They need to close this pharmacy and retrain the staff on how to effectively and professionally take care of customers. I will not return to this pharmacy again. CVS here I come.
how many rr can you use in one shopping trip Ikeem wouldn't let me use 3 rr I earn on last trip I understand one coupon per item I have 5 items and 5 coupons including the 3 rr this is does not seem right
