Went there today for pain med prescription and was told they're out and have no "release date".... Not sure what that means, being filling same med there for years....WTF?
customer service is horrible. out dated items in store. sales clerks play manager and will not give money back for out dated items you were sold
This is the fifth or more complaint I have submitted. As of yesterday I am no longer a walgreens customer. I needed to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy it was extremely busy soo the competitive pharmacy called walgreens pharmacy and was on hold for over 1 hour each attempt. Twice she tried So she asked if I could get them to call I too was on hold 59.08 mins. This is really said. I previously told you guys about the situation I guess it wasn't important to you, but it is to me my friends and family. Thank you.
