I was so upset. Had to wait in line inside the store for 30min to pickup one bottle of medicine for my grandson. When I got to the cashier, I was told it wasn't ready and had to wait another 15min for a total of 45min for one medince. You have to find a better way to service your coustmers. Oh and I forgot to mention I had already waited 20min on the phone to place the order. They said it would be ready in an hour, not true�� seriously thinking of changing my pharmacy. �

I feel like cursing so much because I've been on the phone for an hour and a half trying to refill a prescription and have it sent over to the 1604 & Braun location. I am pregnant and due for induction Friday so traveling is a no go for me. What makes me so irritated is that this is the third time I've called and I can't get a fucking answer! Tonight my daughter and I stopped to pick up some sweets. I grabbed some Halloween candy & peeps. She grabbed some cookies. We made our way to the make up section. She tells me how she wants to try eyeliner. I decide to hold off on the makeup because I was kind of in a hurry. As I am walking away from that section, the officer on duty decided to walk to the make up counter and stay there. As I pass him up, I decided I was no longer going to purchase my items. Why?
