The manager last night lied about the time and denied me from getting my needed meds. Went in this morning and spoke to 2 very nice pharmacist and 1 very nice store manager. The store manager working on 2.22.19 was a complete jerk! If you're open until 11 pm, you should stay open until 11 pm and not leave early and tell your customer "my clock says 11". We checked this morning, our clocks are synced so he allowed the pharmacy to close early last night. After explaining I need this med (body needs this) he said "so".
My son had vomit and diarrhea, I waited for more than an hour for his prescription (but I was told to wait for five minutes). There were about 8 people waiting in line, only one employee was there, later two more came. I don't know if there was a problem with the system because many of the customers were not getting their right prescription. My son had to use the restroom and it was pretty stressful because he was desperate to go home. I am not interested on being your customer anymore.
I am finally done. I can no longer hold up lines for their data mining rewards program. I quit Randall ' s years ago due to this. And all that stuff on sale only if you are part of the program? ...usually just as cheap or cheaper somewhere else.
This is the best location for pictures and enlargements. Jacob in the photo department is the best! He does all kinds of enlargements including panoramic prints. Thank you Jacob!
Somewhat convenient general store, but I just can't stand it anymore when every time we need an Rx filled, we are told "45 minutes" and hours later it's still not done, and no ETA on finishing it. Sorry Walgreens, but you're losing my business. Edit: They JUST called me (minutes after posting this original message above) to say that they don't carry my particular Rx but another location does (about 15 minutes away), and I have to go there tomorrow since it's so late in the day that it won't be ready tonight.
