went in to purchase 2 soft soap body wash and 2 Irish spring body wash had a coupon for each item but was not allowed to purchase my items. cashier was awesome. manager needs a refresher course in customer service. went down the street had no problem purchasing same items with same coupons. called back to the store to get rude managers name and she asked me who I was calling. well obviously I was calling Walgreens and you should have given your name when you answered the phone. High energy. Awesome service. Honest workers. I left my phone at the checkout counter. The cashier returned it to me when I returned to locate it. My opinion, because of my experience that day, 24-hour Walgreens North College Hill is the best in the city!
The worst customer service, female manager was incompetent and inconsiderate, the pharmacist was worst. It turns out comments are on my file they don't want the public to see. Walgreens is being sued for this stuff already.

I was very disappointed when I was at Walgreens North College Hill where I've spent thousands of dollars over the years when my grandson had to go to the bathriom and the pharmacy cashier refused to open the restroom door. It was unbelievable. I asked him again to please open the restroom door and he said I would have to wait. You can't get anymore insensitive, uncaring and numb to a child or any human being who has to relieve himself and told you can't. We had to leave and thank God I didnt live far.
