The pharmacies here is very rude never again will i come here.
The pharmacy tech ROMO is the rudest person there. He doesn't aknowledge the customers, won't even say "hello, welcome to Walgreens, I will be right with you." And has a holier-than-thou attitude. He needs either a lesson in customer service or to find a factory job. It's bad enough that people spend thousands of dollars of their hard-earned money on prescriptions at Walgreens, but now we get to put up with rude self-centered foolish little boys that have minimum wage jobs and think they're above everybody else.
Awful customer service at this pharmacy!! The tech was so rude. First off, he was annoyed that he had to create a new patient profile for my son. Once he had the profile created, he then refused to have the pharmacist check the voicemails to get my sons script. I told him that we had driven 45 minutes to get there and the doctor called it in personally and he said, sorry I can't help you. So ridiculous! My one year old didn't get the antibiotics he needed because people refuse to do their job. Worst customer service EVER!
Everytime I go there it's a problem. Horrible customer service!
