If I could give -10 stars I would. This is a long post ahead so here is the quick summary: the pharmacy is extremely disorganized (they’re lucky I’m not suing them), and the customer service is horrible. I dropped off a prescription for eyedrops (for dry eye) on April 2nd. I gave them my insurance card and my physical copy of my Rx. Was told it should be ready in a couple days. The worse frontline on cashiers I’ve ever seen!!! Nobody has a sense of urgency!!! They move like tortoises. I need to get in and get out!
These people are slow as molasses. There is always a long line and the employees always have an attitude. Terrible
In and out fast great employees smart funny and very helpful
I can't never get an prescription before 9 am if your 24hrs why is this. Not the customer fault only one person is working. I should not have to go downtown when your down the street. This is horrible maybe you all should open at 9 when your able to give meds..
I 'm always greeted with a welcome and a smile. Everything is always accessible. It's always open I love it.
