Needed something that was under lock. The very nice checkout lady helped me find the sale item and held it for me until I checked out.
The drive-through service sucks it takes forever for them to get to you they need more help at the window inside the store isn't much better I'm going to start using in the OptumRx mail order pharmacy
The line inside is really long and I am sick so I drove thru....was stuck behind a person at the window for 15 minutes! If there is a problem to be resolved MAKE THEM GO INSIDE.!!!!!!
Horrible. Waited nearly an hour in drive thru last night. Would have left but had a car in front and behind me.
I have been getting my prescriptions filled there for many years, but lately it's been a horrible experience. If the doctor sends the prescription over to walgreens and i show up 2 hours later and it's still not ready i don't know what to think of that. They had 4 people filling prescriptions there yesterday, one girl at the drive thru, another girl at the front desk. The girl on the front desk always whispers, u can't understand anything she says.
