Been on hold with Walgreens 3 different times for 25 minutes a time because every time it gets to me being the next caller it hangs up on me!!!! URGH SO TIRED OF HAVING TO FIGHT TO GET MY MEDICATIONS WITH WHAT I SPEND IN YHAT STORE JUST ON MY MEDS THEY SHOULDN’T BE SO CAVALIER WITH MY BUSINESS !!!!!! Very disappointed. Dropped my prescription off at 1:15 came back at 5 p.m. and I still had to wait 20 minutes. I bought other items and she rang me out ,I got home and realized, I only have one of the two prescriptions she was supposed to give me.. all I could do was scream and cry because, I had just gotten out the hospital.. 2 trips driving back to pick up my other prescription..

Too slow, not enough staff, communication issues with their messages from weekend till Tuesday, does NOT answer the phone and dissatisfied with service in the PHARMACY. Mainly drive thru:-(
Me and my family love to go shopping and refilled our prescriptions at Walgreens Pharmacy and it's open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week on 12098 Lusher Rd. St. Louis, Mo 63138 (314)355-0500.
Pharmacy is extremely slow and you should expect to add an additional 1-2 hrs to the pick up time given for your prescriptions, they also have really bad customer service and allow their pharmacy staff to get attitudes with you with no accountability for their actions. Unfortunately they are the only 24 hr pharmacy in the area. However while their pharmacy personnel suck their regular store staff are rockstars at making sure you are assisted. That is the only reason they get 2 stars.
