What a terrific experience! Cecelia and Dr. Udesky we’re extremely informative, friendly and patient. They answered all my questions and I highly recommend seeing them. (No pun intended)
The staff were helpful and I am pleased with my new frames and lenses.
My son is sixteen and was not happy about needing glasses for the first time. Jose the manager was more than patient though and not discouraged by repeated "no"s; my son's mood soon improved when he saw how seriously Jose was trying to find something he could be happy in. At the end of a long process of trying to satisfy an initially surly teenager, Jose thanked him profusely for the challenge. The glasses were delivered as promised, and what could otherwise have been an unpleasant process was made efficient and satisfying.
After a frustrating experience, Jose the store manager promptly returned my call and made sure I received top notch assistance. Many places are short handed these days but Jose doesn’t make excuses, he makes things right. Thanks to his professionalism, I will definitely return to the Buffalo Grove store.
