The nurses were great but I got my care in VA. Their billing department sucks butt. I changed my insurance when I got married in 2019, however they still have not changed it and have been charging the old insurance then billing me. I have called multiple times to fix this and to no avail. Stay away if you can!!!
Terrible experience using BioScript. Stay away from this company if you have other options.
xNot sure why it's taking forever for my son's formula order to go through. He has epilepsy and needs to get started on the Keto diet so we really need this. It's so hard to even get ahold of anyone on the phone. We have been waiting for weeks. This is a nightmare dealing with so many people to just get formula ordered for my son because we have to use ONLY the formula that is approved by the dietician which of course is the most expensive so we need insurance for it and need a supplier. I had to have home infusion IV of antibiotics being discharged from the hospital. A bioScript rep sat with me in the hospital and gave me instructions and on use and written explanation of my co-pay amount after insurance has paid. I agreed on the amount and the prescription from BioScript based on the amount. On receiving an invoice for the prescription from BioScript the amount was over 4 times the original quoted. This company is unprofessional and dangerously deadly. My son had a Picc Line put in and their nurses came for two weeks to my house. They only drew blood and filled out paperwork and never bothered to change my son's IV dressing. Their nurses not changing the Picc Line dressing was a very serious neglect on their part because the Picc Line is connected to my son's large artery leading straight to his heart. How their nurses failed to change the dressing for a whole two weeks is a real shock. I had to find out that they were... read more
