I would have left zero stars, had that been offered. They do not follow the DOCTOR'S written prescription for supplies and instead, they have non-medical personal incessantly ask personal medical questions and then give you what THEY think you need, aka, they give you lots of what you don't need but they make lots of money on, and cut you short on supplies you do need but they don't make enough profit from.
