Dr. Concengco genuinely cares about her patients. She is very kind and honest. I really appreciate that. I came in at 5:15 for a 5:30 appointment and she took care of me early. I left at 5:28, before my appointment time! Thank you Dr. Concengco!!!!!!
Dont post your open til 7pm if you refuse to take patients after 6:30. Sincerely aggravated after driving 20 minutes to get there.
