If I could give this 0 stars I would. Horrible bedside manner and attitude by the APN. She asked for my insurance card and ID as I walked through the door...without even introducing herself... which she never actually did. Looked through her emails instead of talking to me. Very cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone else. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a provider... and I work at a hospital.

So I get to the clinic at 3:50, the doc is free and the door is open so I ask the doc if he's got time to squeeze me in. He explains that squeezing me in puts the next patient back... Ok I get it. He says if the next patient doesn't show, then you can have the spot. Ok, I get checked in and look at my phone... It's 4:03. I tell the doc I will hang out in case the patient no shows. Going to the Take Care Clinic was way more convenient than finding another doctor's office, and they seem to treat most common illnesses. Everyone was friendly, I'd recommend it when you're in a rush and don't have time to make an appointment.
