Appointment times are worthless. I waited for 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, while the Nurse took a break.
If I could post a zero I would. My husband scheduled an appointment today for my 8 year old. We wanted a quick strep test. The appointment was for 5:40. He showed up at 5:41 and she said “ a minute late” and was refused service. Maybe she had a valentine date and apparently she doesn’t care about her patients, even though the posted hours are 6:30. Dont Waste your time here I drove 30 miles because I don't live in town just to only be told that they're all full of appointments therefore I couldn't get seen I had to miss another day of work just to get seen here and they won't excuse me for the 2 days
