Better to make on line appt, very friendly NP.
The clinic staff is nice enough, but Sacred Heart is putting too much responsibility on the nurse practitioners in this clinic. My issue likely would not have happened if Sacred Heart hadn't cut corners on staffing. The clinic was never able to correctly bill my insurance or use the payment method I left. This resulted in me having to pay nearly $200 out of pocket to get prescriptions for a sinus infection. Take some extra time and go to the urgent care or a (non-Sacred Heart) doctor.
Avoid this clinic at all costs! There is a very long wait. No staff, just the Nurse Practitioner who has to check in and see the patient. We were assured we could get just a Strep culture, but were charged for $195 new patient visit in addition to the rapid strep. We are still trying to get this resolved through the billing department. Never again!!!

I'm not entirely sure what the purpose of the online check in system at the clinic is when you arrive on time and still end up waiting for 60+ minutes
