Had a really great experience this morning at Walgreens Healthcare Clinic on Lake Underhill & Alafaya. Anita took care of me and I was very impressed by her professionalism.
Great service/experience! I showed up, signed in and filled out a few forms via their kiosk. Selected the next available time which was an hour from when I was there. I left and came back. The lady who saw me was extremely friendly and helpful. I was in and out in maybe 15-20 minutes. Would recommend to anyone.
I arrived for an appointment with my new insurance information provided in an email from the company I work for. The company switched insurers and my new insurance cards haven't arrived yet. Because I didn't have "issued" insurance cards to show at the appointment, I was denied service. I was told to try urgent care because "it was against Walgreen policy to bill without an issued insurance card".
