Colleen Astles, APRN was friendly, helpful and answered any questions that I had related to my illness. She explained everything and walked me out to recommend over the counter medicines to help.
The nurse or whoever I saw was good and did listen to what I said. But I felt that she could have done more. I felt that she could have and should have prescribed an antibiotic. I get why she didn't (she said they were too over-prescribed) but I don't think she understood how I was feeling. Not sure I will go back to this particular location again
