The CNP was wonderful. Professional, efficient, and personable. Saw me, diagnosed me and got my antibiotic in less than an hour of walking into the building.

There's no phone number to reach this clinic and when asked to transfer they wont transfer you, very unprofessional, will never shop with this place again

The CNP asked that I call back about the strength of antibiotics my 20 month old son had been on for dosing of existing med from less than a week ago. The call center could not reach her when I tried to follow up and left her a message to call me back; however, a return call OR doing the follow up call the next day as they are supposed to want important. WILL NOT LEAVE TEST RESULTS ON VOICEMAIL! What I do not like about these clinics is to get test results you can't directly call the one you visited. You have to call a central number, go through an annoying recording to select choices to be transferred to a human being. Then the operator will try calling the clinic. You aren't going to get through, because only one person is working, so then they expect you to wait right next to your phone for the call!
