I went to the take care clinic on NYE as my Dr.'s office closed early. I needed an antibiotic as I was just getting bronchitis. The NP informed me that they don't prescribe antibiotics for bronchitis since it is viral. I informed her that this has happened to me in the past and I had to get on an antibiotic before it got worse. The number is wrong. I called, and apparently the number is for the store, not the healthcare clinic. It takes you to the pharmacy. the guy at the pharmacy was the worst customer service. Ever. Would not transfer me. Would only tell me the number. I was in serious pain, had nothing to write the number down with. I asked him for help, he said ‘look, we can go round and round with this, or you can just try to remember the number. Unreal. A supposed ‘healthcare professional.’ I will never shop at Walgreens again.
I had a great experience today at the Walgreens clinic. I was able to set up an appointment and I saw the doctor very close to my scheduled appointment. They were very knowledgeable regarding my symptoms. I will use the Walgreens clinic again
