Poor service.. Sat outside in the drive through for ten minutes. At that point I had already sent my prescription via the air tube transport. Still no one came to the window even after pushing the button. Have no idea if it was received or not.
Switch to CVS!! – After years of my family using Walgreen's pharmacy at Shea and Scottsdale Rd, I've had enough and have transferred all of our prescriptions to CVS. I'm not exactly sure what is wrong with "John" behind the counter, but his rudeness has reflected so poorly on the store that they have lost my, and several other friends' , business because of him. Great customer service – Ive been coming to this Walgreens for a few years as it is closest to my home and open 24 hours. Have to admit, in the past this place seemed to be in a state of disorganization and customer service was lacking in places. But I write this review because of an experience I had a week ago. Things have changed here, for the better! Outside the store was clean no shopping carts like there usually are littered everywhere.
