The cashier was so caught up in a personal conversation that not only did I have to wait longer than I should have, but she scanned my items twice. Then when I tried to point out that on the screen it showed 4 of the same item rather than the intented 2, she asked "What? You just wanted one instead of 2?" And when I answered that I wanted 2, she looked at me strangely. I figured maybe that's how the system worked for sale items and kept quiet. Came in to purchase the Walgreens storage bags and personal care items. When I arrived the staff were all huddled at photo counter. Once I arrived at the cash register; I noticed an employee stocking near personal care thats in clear view ignore me and come to find out Shawna is the store lead after requesting an employee assistance; Diana who rolled her eyes and mentioned to another employee to assist. I requested to speak with a store manager but he wasnt available.
This Walgreens location is always neat and clean. The staff pleasant and helpful. Seems like they are in need of stocking staff, though. The Pharmacy staff are always pleasant and helpful.
