The nurses are extremely knowledgeable and kind. True, they are overwhelmed by appointments and walk-ins. Yet, they perform extraordinarily well under the circumstances.
If I could give it zero stars, I would! Never on time for appointments. Been sitting here for over an hour this time. Avoid this place at all costs!!
I USED to love this facility if I had a sickness issue (sinus, flu, throat, ear, etc) that could not be addressed by my regular health care physician due to limited appointments. But now, since the new system went into effect within the last month, it's horrible. It is no longer a walk in option. There is never availability, as everything is filled up with appointments. I thought the point was "walk in". Not helpful at all anymore. Big disappointment Walgreens. You broke something that didn't need fixed.
