They were incredibly helpful! Sara was very knowledgeable!
If I could give Sara 100 stars I would! Went to the Loveland clinic and they referred me to Sara so I could get in same day after getting water in my ear on vacation. She was such a pleasure to work with. She truly went above and beyond helping me figure out the prescription/ treatment that worked best with my insurance, since I was out of town! Thank you a million times!
Forewarning to any future patient: this location only allows a 5 minute grace period if you are late or they will cancel your appt. My husband was going to be 10 minutes late to his appt and they told him he had to cancel. They said the grace period is only 5 minutes. In this day and age I figured TriHealth would provide a longer grace period for those who are literally lining their pocket. The Nurse practitioner was amazing. She was heaven sent after dealing with my problems for 4 weeks. I'm thankful for her today. If I ever need to be seen asap I'll definitely go back!!
