I stopped in here on my lunch hour, thinking it would be a quick clinic. It is not that. You need an appointment. There is no receptionist to tell you this. I sat for 45 minutes waiting for the doctor or nurse to come out. When she did, she said she could not see me until several hours later. I left, and will go to my own Urgent Care when I get home from work. So just know, this is not an Urgent Care, or a Minute-Clinic. I would rate this higher if there were a receptionist or a greeter. Came in to get a simple doctor's note for my work without making an appointment first, they weren't sure if they could fit me in, but the lady tried to slide me in between other patients. When we realized i was lacking an ID, i ran home, but didn't get back until after the clinic had closed. The lady still helped me. Very good customer service.

I have gone twice, and both times had great experiences with the NPs. They are nice and genuinely care about you and your comfort there. They were quick, without making me feel rushed. Both times they helped me change my type of appointment to the one that better suited me, and they were very knowledgeable about what my insurance covered. They were thorough with their examination and kept detailed notes and copies of everything I brought in to supplement my exam. I will go back for any other healthcare needs necessary!

My boyfriend went here to get a sinus/head cold checked out that he had for a little over a month. We sat and waited with my 8 month old for almost two hours. The nurse practitioner came out to tell us that she was taking the man who had been waiting for only ten minute because he had made his appointment for a later time earlier than us. We called to complain and they have done absolutely nothing. My boyfriend feels as though he was a victim of racism. He was the only "nonwhite" in the store.
