I tried to book an appointment online and was asked to sign into my Walgreens account. I thought that everything was taken care of. When I arrived my appointment didn't exist because their online booking system is a nightmare. I tried to make an appointment on their kiosk and had to call a customer service line to see if they would take my insurance only to be told to go see my primary care physician. It was a Sunday and the whole reason I was there was to be seen quickly.

Had a great experience coming here. They did tests and gave me a prescription in less than 15 minutes! Insurance covered everything, there was so guesswork or complications.

Love the Little Clinic for being open when my doctor's office isn't! Have been treated there twice, most recently by "Mary" who was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Received great care on both visits and medical insurance covered all costs.

I've used this clinic several times, but will not return again. I had two bad experiences with Sharin. Most recently, she misdiagnosed my strep throat as a virus. She did not assess all of my symptoms and showed no concern about my level of pain. I went to my primary care doctor two days later, who said it was a textbook case of strep throat and immediately put me on antibiotics. I learned my lesson and won't be returning to this clinic.

The worst experience ever! Waited 30 min to even have someone come out to see us. The woman struggled with our insurance, finally got it worked out. She never introduced herself, went on about how she’s running late and shouldn’t even be there due to needing to be at a dinner. She went to look in my 12 year old son’s mouth and did a swab without telling him. She told us to go out into the lobby to wait without communicating anything. Just a nightmare!
