I scheduled my entire Christmas Eve around an appointment with the clinic, hoping to gain some relief from a persistent cold. I knew how strict the clinic was on promptness, so I packed up the kids and ran out earlier enough to get there 10+ minutes early. One star is too much for them!!! My daughter had an appointment for meningitis shot and by the time she figured out how to register on the computer it was “too late for an appointment “. She was the only patient there and they wouldn’t take her. Even as walk in patient. She actually didn’t even see anybody in the clinic even though it was during their work hours. Someone from pharmacy said they wouldn’t take walk ins because they were booked up. There were no patients there!!!! Horrible experience. Waist of time. We will nev... read more

Does not even deserve one star. Waited an hour to get called and the physician had an attitude and right away said I had a virus and nothing she gives for it. She never checked my temp or vitals or anything just, nothing she can do. Even as I told her I'm shortness of breath. so I ended up going to urgent care where I was put on albuterol and steroids and was explained to how bronchitis develops. Thank you urgent care, I will NEVER use Walgreens clinic again!!!
