I was there on 11/17/19, and the clinician was late by more than 20min for appointments. I sat here freezing with a fever since 10min before my 10am appointment and as I right this it is now 10:25am. She is the exact same clinician I complained about more than 6mo ago for being 20min late opening the clinic at 11081 international drive and I had to go to work sick because I would have been late otherwise. The fact that it has not been corrected is absolutely ridiculous.

Went there today and was well taken care of. The PA was wonderful and so was the pharmacist.
