Incredibly pleased with our experience! This was our first visit at any Walgreens Clinic...Provider was very friendly, thorough, and patient. He was actively engaging my child, asking about her symptoms. He didn't waste time with unnecessary diagnostic testing when it wasn't required, saving me money. He recommended various treatment options and explained the benefits of each option. Not that we want to have to return to the clinic anytime soon, but we will certainly be coming back when necessary! Better off paying a little extra money and going to an urgent care. Came in on 7/27 for an ear infection(working out of state) and he prescribed me oral antibiotics when I clearly told him I’ve always used drops with great success. (Chronic ear infections my whole life) needless to say I had to suffer for a week, while working. Never again.
Usually I would rate them higher but today I wouldn't even give them a 0!!! I have taken my son into them a few times and had great service. Today it's snowing like crazy (we are expecting to get 18 inches of snow) and there was a crash on my way there. I was a few minutes late and tried checking in three times and it wouldn't allow me to. Come to find out by taking to Nancy (whom was very rude) told me that we were late and she could no longer see my daughter. Last time I'll ever go there!
