I haven't been here in 3 years because it was so bad then. It hasn't gotten any better. Today we had 8 people in line and only one register open. 3 associates are hanging around the register, but they refused to open another register.
Pharmacy has been closed and the first day they reopen, they closed early! No notification and kept saying they are behind. Stop closing if your behind
If I could do 0 stars that's what I would do. Waited 3 weeks for a diabetic medication they kept saying they needed to order, even tried to have it transferred but the staff would have to do their job for that to happen. Called multiple times, finally got an person with an attitude to answer then she hung up when I was asking questions. Showed up to get my medication.
