The wait times are extremely long. There are always problems with the prescriptions and they take a long time to resolve. I’ve been waiting over a week for my prescription. When I call I’m told they are working on it with my insurance and I don’t need to do anything. My biggest complaint is that during normal business hours, where is it’s listed that the pharmacy is open there will be a sign on the window saying there is no pharmacist on duty and prescriptions can not be sold. My go to spot to get my photos developed and put money and my Chime card. Staff is always friendly and customer service at it's best. They always have specials on certain items l use in my daily routine.
Horrible customer service from a petty cashier who plays victim after picking a fight first. Then has the manager back them up. Not worth the stress of going back and having to possibly deal with them a 3rd time. Good luck to anyone going there, but be sure to count your exact change before leaving or paying! Might be easier to pay with card since they might not mess that up like they do with cash payments.
Pharmacy employees are courteous, answer questions ,explains if you order medication online it takes 2days or more if needed. Store Manager is friendly, good service, and let's customer know of sales. It's a great store. Pictures to be developed is available too.
