I dropped off my prescription and tried to pick up after 3 hours, I asked again and was told it still wasn’t ready and to come back in 15 minutes. After another 15 minutes, I checked again — only to be told the medication was actually over-the-counter. No communication, no updates, and a complete waste of my time. I genuinely don’t understand what the staff was doing for over 3 hours if the final answer was simply “you can buy it over the counter.” Extremely disorganized and frustrating experience.
Super long waits always. Totally unnecessary. On top of that very nasty and rude attitude. Not one time, but every time. Other Walgreens are just in and out. Worst one in my lifetime of picking up medicine. Over 30 years. If I could give negatives stats, I would for a change.
They are always understaffed. Don’t even try their FedEx service because they always say “we can’t”. I was dropping off something for FedEx and she said she couldn’t accept it and for that reason people call first. No thank you.
Fantastic store with a wide variety of products! The staff is always friendly and ready to help, making my shopping experience so much more enjoyable. I love the convenience and cleanliness of this location—definitely my go-to for all my essentials!
