Went to pick up my prescriptions yesterday. I had two that needed to be picked up. I bought some other things and they ended up just putting my prescription in the bag with everything. Well I get home to take my medication and turns out they only decided to give me one of the two. Why on earth would I only need 1/2 of my prescriptions? Now I have to waste a whole new trip to the pharmacy because they didn’t give me my prescriptions the first time. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s your only job.
I just had surgery, I had to pick up meds after surgery. Saint safe wasnt working. Had to call have this rectified
I would literally drive an hour away to the next pharmacy before dealing with this Walgreens again. Both the pharmacy and general store customer service is atrocious. Ordered a “same day” photo pick up and got to the store 5 hours after it said it would be ready just for the manager to tell me they can’t do that service at this store and that I should have called ahead to check. Horrible. They stay as rite aid up until May 18 2019. The store has gotten worse ever since the transition. My favorite cashier Haciel wasn't there every time I go. Instead it would always be Pam. One time she stood near the photo area and there was a line of people waiting. Had a 30% off coupon never scans need to have everything manual input.
