Hours seem to always change and not very conducive to people who work during the week. You shouldn’t have to take off work to pick up prescriptions.
I called at 11am 02/04/2026. Spoke to a supposed tech trainee in the pharmacy that refused to transfer me to the pharmacist and refused to help me. Lacked any and all professionalism. God forbid if I had a 911. She didn't even ask for the nature of the call. If I was from corporate doing a test call. I would fire her. She even refused to give her name. Hopefully the date and time can help you. narrow down the individual
Even one star is too much. I called to confirm that they had a very important drug in stock. They confirmed it and at pick up claimed we asked for a different dose that they don’t have. We lost precious hours for medication necessary for surgery. Then they accused me of lying about the dose.
Hours are not convenient at all. Otherwise I'm ok with this pharmacy. Preferred to go to a location with better hours, but they also can be a hassle when out of stock.
