Always personal service
I just sat on hold to talk to to a pharmacist, I finally gave up after waiting for over 30 minutes. This is NOT COOL!
For just a little over a year now I've been buying my son's medicine at Walgreens pharmacy. And Walgreens pharmacy told me that half his medicine was covered by the insurance while the other half which was syringes I had to pay for out of pocket. Well after having some trouble with Walgreens because they kept switching their stories several times when I was trying to find out if my son's prescriptions were ready.
