Dropped of my prescription at 2:55 October 23. Had Surgery today My husband went to pick up 7 hours later they said they didn’t have it. I called and they still said they didn’t have it! Another lady got on the phone and said OH I found it laying here but we can’t read the Dr Name so we didn’t fill it??!! Why didn’t you call me??!! She then said it will be ready in 5 min Ok great! Pharmacy service is slow and sometimes unreliable. Don’t even bother trying to call if you have an issue. You will sit on hold for 45 mins, only to be hung up on.

Today, my MD called my prescription in at 12:40pm. I gave it about 2 hours and called to see if my script was ready & the automated system said to check back in an hour. 90 minutes later, I called again and waited to speak with a pharmacist...who, when they picked up, told me to call back in an hour but that I would likely receive a text and/or a phone call well before then. 2 hours and no text or call later, I called and was put on hold for 15 minutes only to be hung up on. Service is turtle slow one of worst in the area
I've sat on hold for 30 minutes just to get hung up on. Service sucks.
Do not recommend AT ALL. Better off going literally anywhere else for your prescriptions.
Gave me wrong dose of meds for 3 months , girl said it was no big deal / Very slow , switched to Osco Much better service !
Marissa who works in pharmacy 02-16-18 was very ignorant and rude, and gave a bad customer service... totally should be fired. African lady who took over on drive through should get a raise.
