Love the store for shipping but pharmacy I’m highly disappointed. Drops were called in Monday, told they had to order come back Tuesday, go back Tuesday and make brand not generic was ordered. Told them come back 15 mins order would be ready, well now they don’t have and have to order. Told come back Wednesday, returned to find out out was another 14 days until it would be available from their supplier. This was for eye drops, luckily eye dr had sample for me and was able to get at another pharmacy in 10 mins. I’m not sure w... read more
Terrible service at the pharmacy today. Not once but twice! 3 scripts were called in by the Dr for my mother, took her for a chest x-ray and before leaving the hospital I called the Pharmacy to check that they were ready. I was told to give they would take another 20 minutes. The person referred to multiple scripts so I know they were received. It was 30+ minutes until we got there and were then told by a young girl, who didn’t seem to have a clue, that they were never received. Baloney!! I sat right there and called the phy... read more
