I purchased this in-store during an emergency and didn’t notice until the next day that the box had already been opened. Now I have no choice but to throw it away because I can’t trust that the product is safe or untampered with. Walgreens should never have an opened feminine hygiene product on its shelves. This is a serious safety, hygiene, and quality control failure. Customers should be able to trust that personal care products are sealed and safe to use. This experience was unacceptable.

THE PARKING IS TOTALLY INCONVENIENT NOW! Someone in charge, maybe not even walgreens put up a long fence the length of the store, making it extremely inconvenient to get to the store from the parking lot. There is no drive thru pharmacy, so if you have mobility issues, you can still go, but it will take more effort. That being said the staff is really nice!! parking now stinks
If I could give less stars, I would. It is Tuesday 5/12/2026 at almost 1pm. The woman working the front register is so mean, I’m almost impressed for being in the Northshore. It truly doesn’t cost a thing to be kind in this world. Between this location and the one in Winnetka on Tower, I’m officially convinced Walgreens has been providing trainings on how to be the worst at customer service across all industries. Hope she has a better day 😬😬😬
