Easy too fond
My son has problems with his lungs and health. We have been trying to get his meds for over a month. Every time we think we are going to get his meds delivered they call the day before delivery telling us there a delay. Trying to find somewhere else to go that takes our insurance and has his meds. This has effected his health really bad. They always tell people deferent info and they don't keep notes at all.
I'm fighting dementia and they have been very helpful and patient with me
TL/DR The incompetence of this place is unreal. They blatantly lie and don't even try to give decent service. Don't use them for anything. First bad experience they didn't have enough of a medication to fill my whole order and gave me 10 pills with the assurance that I would get a call when the rest was available. Over a week later I called them and they told me that the script had been filled but then thrown out as it wasn't picked up.
