My friend went to Walgreens since it was approved to get a few days earlier per the hurricane and they said no. Will be reporting this since the governor has declared this state an emergency. She went to cvs and they are now going to fill all her prescriptions. Will never shop at Walgreens again
I just wanted to say that the pharmacist, Joanna/Joanne, was so helpful today! Both my kids were diagnosed with the flu today and the doctor sent our tamiflu script there in hopes to get them feeling better for Christmas. When I got there we found out that they didn’t have the child’s dosage. They were absolutely slammed but she took the time to call tons of pharmacies for me looking for it. Everytime I go they never have my Rx in stock. They are rude, they don't own their own mess ups and if you show your frustration, they walk away. Terrible customer service over and over. I called three times and during the hurricane I asked for them to hold my RX because we evacuated. They never did. Then it was out of stock, then I was notified it was in, called to check and went and they had returned it and tried to blame me when it was they who didn't have it in stock causing the delay. Every time I go to get my BP medicine they never have it in stock. Last month they only had 29 pills. The prescription calls for 30.You would think if they did not have enough to fill it they would order it then. Not this store I go to get a refill not in stock. It should have been ready yesterday. What do they tell me 8 am it would be ready today.And where is it not there yet now they are telling me after 12pm. I have been dealing with this crap from that store for over a year now.Get it together people.
