I am very excited to write that my son’s eval was everything I wanted it to be a more. The staff and doctor were patient, kind, and knowledgeable. We felt at ease and in good hands. Will update my review in 2026 after we’ve started and give more feedback too. I can’t wait to start his therapy program with them!
The Walesby Center was very thorough in their examination of my 8 year old. The staff was helpful and kind.
Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Clean environment. The initial evaluation visit is long but that's because they are very thorough. They perform many tests to determine the core issue(s) with the eyes. At the end they review all their findings, allow you to ask any questions and give you print outs to take home. Really easy and enjoyable (as it can be) experience.
What a lovely experience! The facility was clean and inviting, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Dr Thomas has great bed-side manners and gave me the most thorough eye exam. If you are reading this review, just book the appointment... you won't regret it!
