This place is awesome! Designed for children but all of us 'grown-ups' had a blast too! Even our 1 year old laughed and had fun! I'd recommend it to everyone!
My family had a great time yesterday afternoon! Three hours of none stop fun thank you so very much!
The 2 lines are super long (one to get on the train & the second to meet Santa clause) because it's a pretty great place so I suggest bringing your kids something entertaining while you wait but also the great employees make up for it. The memories we made together was totally worth every penny and minute:)
I took the kids last year for Christmas and we went again for Easter it was an amazing experience the kids had a renewed spirit of Christmas it was wonderful we're planning on going again tonight!

We loved Wales West! This will be our first year of many for my family! My children loved everything! There were so many thoughtful touches for the kids and parents. The staff couldn't have been more friendly. Great job! This was hands down better than Bellingrath for young children.
Best Christmas experience we have had anywhere! The lights and train ride and Santa are all so wonderful and everyone that worked there was so friendly and welcoming! By far our favorite! We will definitely be going back for their other events! :) :) :)
